Order by district kapurthala 1.All shops, shoping malls,stand -alone shops other than those mentioned in paragraph 4 below shall remain closed sunday. 2.On saturday, sunday and other gazetted holidays, inter-district movement shall be allowed against e-pass, which will be issued only for essential work. in case of medical emergency, no pass shall be required. 3.Marriage functions upto 50 persons will be permitted against e-pass, which will be issued for upto 50 specific persons on all days. 4.Shops dealing with essential commodities, services will continue to be allowed to open till 7.00 pm. restaurants and liquor shops will continue to be open till 8.00 pm on all days. 5.On saturday and other gazetted holidays, other shops and shopping malls will be permitted till 5.00 pm only.during week days i.e. from monday to friday, the directions, guidelines as given in the above said orders dated 31.05.2020 and 06.06.2020 shall be applicable.

 Any violation of the above directions & lockdown measures shall be punishable under the relevant provisions of the indian penal code (ipc), 1860 & the disaster managment act, 2005.
