ਫਗਵਾੜਾ : (ਧਰੁਵ ਕਲੂਚਾ) ਅੱਜ ਅੰਗਹੀਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਾਈਂਡ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਹੰਗਾਮੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਵੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਣੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਏ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅੰਗਹੀਣ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਣੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੰਗਹੀਣ ਭਲਾਈ ਐਕਟ 2016 ਦੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ 89,92,93, ਨਾਲ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੰਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅਗਹੀਣ ਕਦੇ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਸੈਣੀ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਗਰ ਐਕਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਅੰਗਹੀਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਾਈਂਡ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀ ਸੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਠੀਆਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਗਹੀਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਾਂ ਪੱਖੀ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਭਰਾਤਰੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਲਾਂ, ਸਾਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਰਲੇ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰ...
Dr. Jawahar Dheer ji, Kindly look in to following points:
ReplyDelete1) The matter is pending in Court so no one can interfere in Sub-judiced matter.
2)No political party and authority can intervene in Criminal court matter.
3) Judicial process is being adopted by court on the basis of F.I.R. and Investigating officer submit it's report in the court.
4) Court has to decide on the basis of evidences and offences perpetrated by accused. Whether Accused has made an offence or not. If the accused has not made offence then he will be acquited otherwise convicted. If you have material facts in this regard and want to submit your statement and evidences then you can submit your application in the court but can't make submission in subjudiced matter in Social sites in Prejudiced matter.
5) You can come forward in the court to prove that the persons to whom regarding whom you want releasing order by making submission in the court.
6) This post of yours and submissions are totally illegal because you are instigating the public against political parties.
7) If you have evidences that the accused are not guilty and are liable to be acquitted then Hon'ble District and Sessions Judge will take cognizance of your evidences.
8)Sir, if you don't have material facts in their support then it will be considered abuse of process of court and for instigating public you can be prosecuted.
9)As a brother not as a Lawyer my sincere advice to you is to delete this post and don't interfere in sub-judiced matter.
